What’s On Offer

Ladbrokes Bingo has all of the standard things we normally see but nothing with that little bit of extra oomph that put the competition one step ahead.  Free bingo, 1p bingo and “Games Running 24/7″ are all big selling points on the homepage, so nothing we have not seen before, don’t all sites run their bingo rooms 24/7 now?

What’s the Bingo Like?

Virtue Fusion… A solid bingo platform which most everyone uses it seems!  We can’t really say anything against this apart from maybe the colour scheme which is a bit too strong in a not so good way we think.  Generally though the bingo is good, the chat is active and well moderated and everything runs smoothly.  Kinda what you would expect from a site as well known as Ladbrokes.

Slots and Other Games

Ladbrokes is THE UK bookies, there is no debating this of course BUT why does their website look like it was conjured up in the .com revolution?  C’mon Ladbrokes, lets see what we can do to cater for the younger player, they are your future.  Their sports betting is of course very comprehensive with random things like betting on Nathans Hot Dog Contest 2010 or more normal 2:10 from Goodwood.  It still look a bit of fashioned though the poker, casino and games do make up for a little being a bit more exciting but still “something” missing.  We just can’t put our fingers on it!  The $1000 free in the Poker and £100 free in the Casino does go a little way to mollifying the harshness of this review though!

Unique Points and Conclusion

• It’s Ladbrokes, that seems to be good AND bad…
• It has Backgamon?!?
• You can bet on the lottery results in a really dodgy looking site.
• Live Ladbrokes TV!  Only shows quite random sports but does have a good selection of horse racing.
• A great selection of lines and odds.

We wanted to love Ladbrokes but alas we just could not.  It’s too old fashioned and doesn’t offer enough to warrant a decent award from us.  Of course there is sport, poker, casino, games and bingo on offer to name but a few but there are quite a few other websites out there that offer that in a better way (see the left menu!).  It seems Ladbrokes are happy where they are and we must admit if we earned that much we would probably be quite happy to and adverse to change.  That doesn’t, however, sway our view   Ladbrokes Bingo is just dead inside, poor thing…
